I received this in an email from my boy. This is a win for everyone:

“As you know I have been in business school for the past 2 years. I have had the opportunity to meet some extremely smart people who have done some pretty amazing things. Although stepping away from a paycheck for 2 years was a tough decision, I have been able to learn, travel and gain an entirely new perspective on my career and what I want out of life moving forward.

I just found out that I have been voted to be the Graduation Speaker in June. Tuck is the oldest business school in the US and I will be only the 3rd Black MBA student ever selected to be the graduation speaker.”
